Refund Policy

At High Desert Fringe, every piece is proudly hand-cut and stitched by one person (me!). Because each item is unique and made with care, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

We do not offer cash refunds or returns. However, we may offer a store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for store Credit 

If you are requesting a store credit, you must contact us at Bworman16@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery. To be considered for credit the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. As well as in its original packaging with all tags attached. Keep in mind a store credit is not guaranteed.

Store Credit Process

You must contact us first to request pre-approval for store credit consideration. A store credit is not guaranteed. If approved to send back the item, the Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be shipped back and tracking information provided to us within 5 business days of receiving your pre-approval confirmation.

Final Sale items

(not eligible for store credit)

All sales made in person such as markets or pop ups, are final sale. All custom, customized or personalized items are also final sale.

Damaged items and repairs

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If your item needs a repair due to a structural flaw (not from normal wear, personal misuse, or accident), contact us for repair information and options. Damage that will not be covered includes but not limited to loss of hair on hair on hide pieces. Wear from constant rubbing such as chipping or scratching of leather heavy packing misuse or harsh environmental conditions as well as any damage from liquids. Proper care and use of your leather items will will ensure the longevity.
